Terms of Service

MSL Pro operates two connected segments: MSL Corporate (technology infrastructure built for companies) and MSL Creative (a creator economy marketplace). These terms apply to both.

One human may operate one root account with multiple identities (personal, creator, brand, organisation). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Creators agree that public analytics distinguish API-verified data from self-reported or estimated data, and that combined audience figures are not described as unique audiences. Creators must not misrepresent metrics.

Payments are processed through licensed payment providers. The platform ledger records confirmed transactions only. Deliverables must be submitted through the deal room; approvals and revisions are recorded with timestamps.

Platform fees are configurable and disclosed at transaction time. Fee rules may change with notice via the platform.

Users must not attempt to bypass security, access data they are not authorised to access, misrepresent identity or verification, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time; completed transactions remain governed by their agreements.
