What we collect
Account details (name, email), profile information you provide, social account handles and the public metrics those platforms expose, transaction records, and usage data needed to operate the service.
Verification data
Verification documents are stored privately and are never exposed publicly. Only verification status is shown on profiles.
Analytics and provenance
Public creator analytics display the provenance of each metric (API-verified, self-reported, estimated, unavailable). We do not fabricate metrics.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by licensed providers. We store provider references, amounts and statuses — never raw card details.
Data you control
You can edit or remove your profile data from your dashboard, disconnect social accounts and request account deletion by contacting support.
Security
Access to private data is enforced server-side with row-level security, audit logging and least-privilege permissions.
